The goal of this thesis is the analysis of small and medium enterprises financial support with respect to the Joint Regional Operational Programme as an bearer of regional support, which is financed from the European Union and the following list of recommendations within the frame of the realization stage of the project cycle that are generalized especially at the level of the final user as the beneficiary of the support.

TITLE: System and Criteria of Selecting Applicants for the Position of School and School Facility Headmaster from Applicant's Point of View AUTHOR: Eva Kašáková DEPARTMENT (INSTITUTE) The Centre of School Management (Centrum školského managementu) THESIS LEADER: PhDr. Václav Trojan, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The Bachelor's thesis deals with selection procedures for the position of headmaster from the applicants' point of view and focuses on the confirmation of the hypothesis that headmasters consider managerial knowledge and experience to be of primary importance at selection procedures. The theoretical part describes both general procedures of selection procedures together with other methods, and selection procedures for a managing position in education. The practical part examines selection procedures the applicants for the position of headmaster went through using author's own questionnaire. Another part of the questionnaire deals with the criteria the applicants expected to be applied in the selection procedure. The final part of the questionnaire examines the order of criteria according to their importance as perceived by participants in selection procedures. Efektivnost využití elektronických aukcí ve veřejném sektoru v porovnání se soukromým sektorem

This thesis deals with the evaluation of effectiveness of the use of electronic auc-tions in the public and private sectors. Basic concepts, especially those concerning electronic auctions in terms of public tenders, are characterised in the thesis. It also describes the tenders in private sector in the form of an electronic auction. The practical part is devoted to an analysis of specific electronic auctions, which were made in this sectors. The goal is to find out to what commodities are e-auctions implemented frequently, which is achieved savings, how many suppliers are participating in the e-auction. Then, the comparison of individual sectors in specific commodities based on the selected factors.

METAMORPHOSIS OF COMEDY THEATER

Sight on the Theatre Comedy history since its origin in 1930 till present period ( april 2013) with increased attention to the period after the year 1989.
Transformation of the theatre stage within which in eighty years period functioned several noted theatre companies with different art or legal conception from allowance subject to civil association upto limited company legal forms.
Sight on circumstances under which company were varied namely with stress to the method of draft or selection proceedings. Work maps events of the followed period based on avaiable materials and also personal experiences of witnesses with resepect of mapped period. Work describes various theatre operation variants with aim to refer to the advantages and difficulties arising from used methods.

Cílem práce je vysvětlit rozdíl v přístupu jednotlivých provozovatelů osobní železniční dopravy na dopravní cestu ve Velké Británii a České republice. V britském modelu privatizovaných železnic je veškerá osobní železniční doprava zajišťována soukromými dopravci. V České republice pro soukromé dopravce existují bariéry vstupu na trh. Studie se snaží odhalit jejich příčiny a s využitím britského modelu najít řešení na zlepšení situace.
